little talk here: since I'm injured my shoulder for almost a month, now whole of my body damm itchy...feeling stepping my leg into the Tatami judo mat... (but still haven't fully recovery)

Yesterday was the The 16th Annual Sensei Day 2009 , in this celebration a lot of school and club was include such as YMCA, TUN, Kuen Cheng, SMP, Jaya club, Chong Hwa. The meaning of celebrate Sensei Day is to express our gratitude to our Sensei(master).
That Day, each club and school have to participated by perform a "drama". As this years topic we have chosen MJ( Micheal Jackson) . Quite fun by seing each school and club putting their effort through the performance.

One thing to remind all JUDOka : The 2 rules of Judo training 1) the teacher is always right 2) when you think the teacher is wrong, refer to rule one.

Judo is one of my favorite sport that I started since I in form 1. I still remember since i was standard 3 i was always begging my PA to let me learn, but then my PA always told me that I'm too young to learn it.... In Malaysia, Judo is not so active sport COS of many reason : 1. Is kind of dangerous 2. People scared of fall 3. hard to learn compare to Taekwondo 4.least people learn . . etc
Compare with taekwondo/Karate, judo is a close up combat martial art.
As not much of people know what is JUDO...
here some explanation what is Judo.
"JUDO, meaning of the "gentle way" is a modern Japanese martial art and combat art that evolve from the Jujutsu. Judo is originated form Japan in the late nineteenth century. In the way of judo style is throwing the opponent to the ground by using the force from the opponent, it take long time to understanding the concept through our body. Beside throwing, it also force an opponent to submit by joint locking the elbow or by executing a choke it also happen in Judo. "

Although it not famous in malaysia, but in other country it way a well know sport. It also participated in one of the Olympic game.
Although Judo look kind of rough but still got girl joining/participated in this sport.

In Japan you will have a good view that alot people participated in JUDO...
Anyway I like Judo because Judo teach me that Our greatest glory consists not in never failing, but in rising every time we fall.
One important thing to remind for JUDOka: "Ouch in not used in Judo"!!!!
To me, Judo is like a ballet, except there's no music , no choreography, and the dancers knock each other down. -----------------------------------------------

It hurts to see you walk away. For admit it or not, you were an important part of my life and the time we shared will forever be a part of me. So even though I realize that it was never meant to be, still, it hurts......

Digi yellow man can be say as one of the most effective strategy that Digi come out with. Why I said that is was most effective strategy because even a children aged around 5-10 they will know that yellow is stand for DIGI.
Since yellow man appear, alot funny advertisement even in cinema before the movie start you will saw that the TAIGOH( big boss/gangster boss) version by telling us to shut down/silent mode our handphone.
I noticed one funny thing while I watching TV. Here some clip I get from Youtube that will refresh your memory.
This advertisement is about "the Yellow Man fans have also been thrilled to find out that their hero has new Yellow Man Powers. Hes able to fly, teleport and change into lovable Yellow Cats. This TVC also introduces the Yellow Mama guardian to expand Yellow Mans cast of characters"

Today after my class, Me and my friend have our lunch in Bangsar.One of my friend( SZE J) inviting us(Jimmy,Daniel,Henry) to bangsar to have banana leaf rice, insist that the best banana leaf rice is this particular Restaurant Nirwana Maju at Bangsar.(recommended by friend)
Nirwana, as the restaurant is commonly is located at the heart of the most happening area at Bangsar, just right across Bangsar Village on Jalan Telawi 3. Street parking can be a bit challenging most of the time, but parking at Bangsar Village shouldn’t cost more than a couple ringgit for a meal.
As you can See , the standard banana leaf rice is basically a vegetarian dish. However, you can always add fish, mutton, chicken, fried fish roe and squid, and a host of other side dishes for a meal worthy of any glutton.
The rice and curry at Nirwana is as good as any that I’ve had, but the really special item here is one of their standard vegetable served that I haven’t come across anywhere else – deep fried eggplant(the green and white type).
The crispy yet savory batter and the sweetness of eggplant is a combination that proved to be very addictive, I love it!
My lunch have cost me around Rm14 but still OK as the food is spicy enough for me.

Bon Odori (盆踊り, meaning simply Bon dance) is celebrated as a reminder of the gratefulness one should feel toward one's ancestors. I think this is the same as the Ghost festival in Chinese calendar. In Malaysia, Bon Odori Festival is celebrated every year. This celebration is the brain child of the Japanese Expatriate & Immigrant's Society in Malaysia. In comparison to the celebrations in Japan, the festival is less associated with Buddhism and more with Japanese culture. Held mainly to expose locals to a part of Japanese culture, the festival provides the experience of a variety of Japanese food & drinks, art and dance. The dance of a region can depict the area's history and specialization. For example, the movement of the dance of the the Tanko Bushi( the"coal mining song") of old Miike Mine in Kyushu show the movements of miners. i.e. digging, cart pushing, lantern hanging, etc. All dance perform the same dance sequence in Unison. This years Bon Odori is held in the same location like last years did:

Ok.. normally at bon odori it will better to wear some YUkata or Kimono and there will be alot of Japanese cuisine/ Food 2.

The picture show that a necklaces that have lost for long that given to me, suddenly appear since me have find it for long , I will treasure it and what in front of me (no matter what happen) Now i started to believe in fate... As say that "everything happens for a reason. And when fate happens look for the good in it as it is there." I believe it..
Today as usual i went to college at 7 something morning and wait for Old town open.Thinking of that early morning having a cup of hot coffee is as usual, then do you think before having "ice-blended" that full of coffee taste in the early morning?
After i process to old town i immediately order a "old town white coffee ice blended -original"
let me here explain, more about the taste,it more bitter than usual coffee ice that you normaly take.As I thinking of when compare with those Starbucks ice-blend that full of cream...
The "Old town white coffee Ice-blended-original"is more suit usual although not expensive and it just cost you around RM6++ and the taste not unique but it will remind me of the taste that we have since long time ago, One word that describe as OLD?
Ya....Old taste Old place as the name of "old town" bringing the concept of ~Memory~
Each taste of coffee flavor in mouth make me feels bitter and bitter but i still enjoy of it.
As say that " people who know how to enjoy/drink a coffee, he/she will know how to enjoy their life although it was bitter" ~by me~
Kind of nostalgic when I sit at old town after my class end, seem nowadays a lot of thing have change toward to more modern and come with package. For example , Old town that I often visit while I'm in college today i noticed that they have change the menu. Since so long Old town is from Ipoh, now have been around whole Malaysia (franchises). from starting we normally see those old folk sit inside the Kopitiam and drink coffee/tea.
But now what we can really see is those teenager (me) , family and some salesman that snake alot siting inside old town. Some certain area of old town design quite unique and comfortable for example, kajang old town and also Batu Pahat pacific mall old town.
Old town recently come out a menu set that can be order from 8 a.m to 11 a.m so around those time can be seen alot of people around especially at my college because quite cheap compare for normal order, called as the " My Breakfast ".
For me , I still prefer ASam laksa and white coffee as my lunch but today i don't have my white coffee and I go for hazelnut white coffee (kind of sweet) not really like it. I think the original the trade mark of Old Town is white coffee so taste will be more suit for me. (BITTER)
I think tomorrow i will try white coffee GAO( bitter++)
